据日本共同社报道，为应对中东局势混乱导致的能源供应风险，日本政府决定最早将于3月16日释放石油储备。
截至2025年底，日本拥有约4.7亿桶石油储备，可支撑国内254天的消耗。此次也是日本政府时隔四年再次释放石油储备。
