北京商报讯（记者 李晗）3月13日，上海2026年第一批次住宅用地集中出让顺利完成。3宗地块分别位于嘉定新城、徐汇长桥和青浦西虹桥，总计出让建设用地面积19.83万平方米，成交总金额约68.09亿元。其中，青浦西虹桥地块由绿城摘得，溢价率6.57%；嘉定新城地块由象屿、金茂联合体底价摘得；徐汇长桥地块由上实城开底价摘得。
