3月12日下午，十四届全国人大四次会议在人民大会堂闭幕。出席会议的上海代表团圆满完成大会各项议程，当晚回到上海。据悉，此次大会上海代表团向大会提交3件议案、142件建议。（东方视频 柏可林 丁一涵）
