格隆汇3月12日丨潍柴动力(000338.SZ)公布，为支持集团内新能源整车整机战略落地，潍柴动力股份有限公司拟与关联法人中国重汽集团氢动能汽车创新中心有限公司（下称“重汽氢动能”）对潍柴新能源动力科技有限公司（下称“潍柴新能源”）进行同比例增资共计人民币5.89亿元，其中潍柴动力增资人民币4.12亿元，增资价格以潍柴新能源2024年12月31日为基准日的经审计账面净资产为依据确定。
