3月12日，据华兴资本消息，毫米波雷达CMOS芯片领域企业加特兰微电子科技（上海）股份有限公司完成超10亿元E轮融资。本轮融资由国家级产业基金、地方政府基金、产业资本等多家知名机构参与投资，华兴资本集团旗下华兴证券担任独家财务顾问。
