3月11日，越秀房产基金（00405.HK）发布2025年度业绩，全年经营保持稳健。期内，公司实现全年经营收入人民币18.56亿元，物业收入净额人民币12.84亿元，整体期末出租率82.1%；外汇敞口降至24％，创近五年最低；期末融资成本率降至3.61%，创近三年新低，融资成本较上年节省约1.5亿元人民币；全年实现每个基金单位分派约人民币0.0522元，按年计算的分派收益率为6.74%。
