微软周二向法院提交法庭之友意见书（amicus brief），支持人工智能公司Anthropic提起的诉讼，要求暂时阻止美国国防部将其认定为供应链风险企业。
Anthropic周一已起诉美国国防部，反对五角大楼将其列入国家安全黑名单。微软表示，这一认定已对其业务产生直接影响，如不发布临时限制令，依赖Anthropic技术的供应商可能被迫迅速调整产品体系。
