近日，深圳中院公布一案例：林某（女）与王某（男）曾为情侣，于2013年生下王小华后共同抚养，王某每月付5000或6000元抚养费。
2018年4月起，王某拒绝继续支付，仅偶尔付部分费用，七年累计转账45000元。林某作为法定代理人将其诉至法院。
法院认为，王某未完全履行抚养义务，综合其财产状况、深圳生活水平等因素，酌定2025年9月起月付抚养费2500元至孩子十八岁，扣除已付费用需补付177500元。
