《科创板日报》10日讯，根据Counterpoint Research内存价格追踪报告，2026年第一季度移动内存价格持续大幅上涨，其中DRAM价格环比涨幅超50%，NAND Flash价格环比暴涨超90%。此次大幅涨价正引发智能手机物料清单（BOM）成本的结构性变化。Counterpoint元器件成本与拆解服务数据显示，尽管所有价位段均受影响，但入门级机型所受冲击尤为严重。
