财联社3月10日电，第二轮国有大行注资计划有望很快启动。今年政府工作报告提出，拟发行特别国债3000亿元，支持国有大型商业银行补充资本。目前市场普遍预计，工商银行与农业银行将成为本轮注资的主要对象。此外，就今年全国两会释放的信号来看，今年银行机构资本补充渠道有望拓宽。 (上证报)
