“将8小时工作制缩短为7小时”！今年两会期间，全国人大代表（隆基绿能董事长）钟宝申提出缩工时、提待遇、强追溯的组合式改革建议。
他还提议大幅提高加班工资标准，并强化支付硬约束，同时建立加班报酬五年追溯机制。钟宝申希望以制度刚性规范企业加班行为，能够真正保障劳动者休息权与劳动报酬权。
