3月9日上午，最高人民检察院检察长应勇在十四届全国人大四次会议上作工作报告。报告指出，强化老年人权益保障。会同民政部等健全工作机制，起诉侵害老年人权益犯罪5.03万人，办理涉老年人监护、赡养等诉讼监督案件1562件。
报告提到，某监护人不顾失能老人利益出售其房产，北京检察机关受理监督申请，依法提出抗诉，再审改判买卖无效。
