3月6日消息，据报道，根据德国媒体巨头Axel Springer通过电子邮件发送的声明，该公司已同意以5.75亿英镑现金收购电讯媒体集团（Telegraph Media Group）。报道称，双方期待在未来几周内与英国有关部门以及其他利益相关方进行讨论。
