中国青年报客户端北京3月6日电（中青报•中青网记者 赵丽梅 贾骥业）今天下午，在十四届全国人大四次会议经济主题记者会上，商务部部长王文涛表示，今年商务部将从办活动、出政策、优场景三个方面持续打造“购在中国”品牌。其中，在出政策方面，将推出离境退税2.0版，推动消费扩容升级。
