3月6日，会畅科技（300578）发布公告，江海洋因个人原因辞去公司副总经理职务，辞职后，江海洋将不再担任公司及子公司的任何职务，且已完成工作交接。
2025年前三季度，会畅科技实现收入3.39亿元，归母净利润1016万元。
