当地时间3月5日，美国国防部负责研究和工程的副部长埃米尔·迈克尔发文表示，目前国防部与Anthropic不存在任何实质性谈判。当天早些时候，美国国防部通知将把Anthropic列为供应链风险实体，Anthropic随后表示计划通过法律途径对此举提出异议。
