新京报贝壳财经讯 3月5日，瑞德智能发布公告称，公司拟以自有资金对广东谷东智能科技有限公司（简称“谷东智能”）增资5000万元，其中55.5556万元计入注册资本，其余计入资本公积。增资完成后，公司将直接持有标的公司10.00%的股权。公司本次投资谷东智能，是基于其在AR光学底层技术领域的稀缺价值所作出的前瞻性战略布局，该技术是AR眼镜的核心组成部分。
