当地时间5日，乌克兰总统泽连斯基在一次简报会上表示，今年1月底在俄罗斯袭击中受损的“友谊”输油管道可能在一个半月内具备恢复运行的技术条件。泽连斯基说，他本不想继续让该管道恢复运行，但为了欧盟对乌的900亿欧元贷款方案能够获得通过，乌方“可能别无选择”。
