京东消息，近日其推出企业店基础保证金大规模调降政策，进一步降低商家入驻经营门槛，相关政策已于 2026 年 3 月 1 日正式落地生效。本次降费覆盖家电、居家、图书等 28 个一级类目，涉及 3000 余个细分品类，其中 86% 的降费类目首档保证金直接降至 500 元，大幅减轻商家资金周转压力，助力商家低成本入驻开店、轻装上阵开展经营。
