3月5日，日本商业航空公司发射小型火箭"KAIROS"3号机。
现场情况显示，火箭升空后在空中剧烈旋转。
该企业随即宣布，判断难以达成任务目标，实施了飞行中止措施。
此次发射宣告失败，这也是自初号机发射以来，连续第三次发射失败。
