上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）海象新材公告，鉴于公司股价近期持续高于公司回购股份方案规定的回购股份价格上限，为保障回购股份方案顺利实施，公司将回购股份价格上限由21.4元/股调整为35元/股。回购股份价格上限调整生效日期为2026年3月5日。除上述调整回购股份价格上限外，回购方案的其他内容不变。
