格隆汇3月4日丨越秀资本(000987.SZ)公布，因工作调整，根据《公司法》及公司《章程》等相关规定，董事会同意聘任林颖女士为公司董事会秘书，解聘吴勇高先生董事会秘书职务。林颖女士任职董事会秘书的任期自本次董事会决议通过之日起，至本届董事会任期届满之日止。
