城地香江公告称，公司子公司香江系统、上海启斯已完成中国移动长三角（扬州）数据中心机电工程EPCO项目合同签署。该项目为联合体中标，中兴通讯、香江系统、邮电设计院、上海启斯分别承担30%、52.6%、0.4%、17%。合同含税上限金额10.13亿元，运维合同尚待签署，相关方未完成正式合同签署，合同金额为框架金额，对公司财务影响以审计结果为准。
