节后深圳楼市回升持续加速。开工首周（2.23-3.1）深圳乐有家门店二手住宅签约量对比节前一周（2.9-2.15）上涨94%，一手住宅签约量上涨220%；二手看房量已经回到1月底2月初水平，3月1日当日二手看房量更是创下2025年3月底以来最高值。随着3月学区房旺季到来，叠加“两会”即将召开，政策面预期向好，“金三银四”更可期。（乐有家研究中心）
