3月2日金融一线消息，企查查平台显示，近日京津冀创业投资引导基金合伙企业（有限合伙）发生工商变更，新增申万宏源、新华保险、中汇人寿保险股份有限公司、中国人寿再保险有限责任公司等为合伙人。该企业成立于2025年12月，出资额500亿元，经营范围包含：创业投资（限投资未上市企业）；以私募基金从事股权投资、投资管理、资产管理等活动。
