齐鲁网·闪电新闻3月2日讯 3月1日8时至2日6时全市平均降水量16.5毫米，最大广饶城区22.4毫米。今年全市累计平均19.3毫米，比去年同期（30.5）偏少11.2毫米，较常年（15.8）偏多3.5毫米。预计今日清晨至中午东营市降雪将持续，将出现对交通有影响的积雪和道路结冰。
