记者从水利部黄河水利委员会了解到，当前黄河流域冬小麦陆续进入返青期，春灌用水需求逐渐增大。水利部黄河水利委员会今天（3月1日）起，加大小浪底水库下泄流量至1350立方米每秒，为即将到来的春灌用水高峰做好准备。
