财联社2月28日电，商务部公告，2026年2月24日，美国First Solar公司根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定，向美国国际贸易委员会提出申请，指控对美出口、在美进口或在美销售的TOPcon太阳能电池、组件和零部件及其下游产品（Certain TOPCon Solar Cells, Modules, Panels, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same）侵犯其专利权，请求发起337调查，并发布普遍排除令、有限排除令和禁止令。美国、印度、中国、越南等47家企业涉案。
