2月28日消息，当地时间2月27日，华纳兄弟探索公司与派拉蒙天舞公司签署一项价值1100亿美元（注：现汇率约合7557.7亿元人民币）的协议，同意被后者收购。
据悉，这笔交易包含约290亿美元（现汇率约合1992.48亿元人民币）债务，是近年来好莱坞规模最大的并购案之一。（IT之家）
