当地时间2月27日，美国国务院宣布将伊朗正式列为“支持非法拘禁的国家”(State Sponsor of Wrongful Detention)，并再次呼吁所有在伊朗的美国公民立即离境，同时强调“任何美国人都不应以任何理由前往伊朗”。
美国国务院表示，伊朗必须停止扣押人质行为，并释放所有被不公正拘押的美国公民。
伊朗方面目前对此暂无回应。(央视记者 许弢)
