酷派集团(02369)公布，于2026年2月26日(东部标准时间)，公司全资附属公司Digital Tech出售了合共390份涉及3.9万股MSTR股份的MSTR认购期权，总权利金为约5.12万美元(相等于39.995万港元)，MSTR认购期权持有人可酌情于各自的到期日行使该等期权，以按每股MSTR股份150.00美元的行使价购买Digital Tech持有的相关MSTR股份。
