2月26日，曲美家居（603818）发布公告，控股股东赵瑞海和赵瑞宾分别将各自持有的4950万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的38.52%和39.34%，合计质押股份9900万股，占公司总股本的14.42%；截至公告披露日，赵瑞海和赵瑞宾累计质押股份均为9171万股，占其所持股份的71.36%和72.88%。
2025年前三季度，曲美家居实现收入25.55亿元，归母净利润-6693万元。
