这个死亡率第一的「老年病」，正悄悄逼近年轻人

最近两年，已经发生了好几起年轻人突发心梗、猝死的新闻。每一条都令人惋惜。而震惊之余，我们常常觉得「不会轮到自己」。

可健康的事，真的不能心存侥幸。

戒烟限酒、规律作息、适当运动、定期检查……都是在为自己争取一份确定的安全感。
