2月25日，珠江新城马场地块经过243轮竞价，最终以总价236亿元由市属国企越秀集团成功竞得，创下了广州2010年以来拍地成交总额最高记录。据悉，地块起拍价186.44亿元，已经创下广州土拍纪录。根据规划，马场地块总用地面积约19.45万平方米，计容总建筑面积达56.7万平方米。
