财联社2月26日电，乌克兰总统泽连斯基25日签署总统令，宣布乌克兰退出1995年签署的关于建立独立国家联合体（独联体）成员国联合防空体系的协定。根据乌总统办公室网站公布的另一份总统令，乌克兰还将退出30项在独联体框架内达成的国际条约，包括1991年通过的独联体协调机构协定。根据总统令，乌外交部将按程序通知相关国际条约的保存方。 (新华社)
