2月25日，祖名股份发布公告称，近日，公司收到股东沈勇出具的《关于减持期限届满暨实施情况的告知函》，沈勇在2025年12月2日至2026年2月5日期间，通过集中竞价交易方式累计减持公司股份69.66万股，占公司总股本0.56%。上述权益变动后，沈勇持有公司股份由638.05万股减少至568.39万股，占公司总股本比例由5.11%减少至4.56%。截至本公告披露日，沈勇的减持计划期限已届满。
