财联社2月25日电，日本不动产经济研究所2月25日发布的数据显示，2025年全国新建公寓每套平均价格比上年上涨7.8%至6556万日元（约合人民币290万元）。受建设费高涨等因素影响，连续9年创新高。首都圈均价较2024年上涨17.4%至9182万日元，近畿圈则下跌0.5%至5328万日元。
