近日，中共中央办公厅印发通知，在全党开展树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育（以下简称学习教育）。学习教育以县处级以上领导班子和领导干部特别是“一把手”为重点，于2026年春节假期后启动、7月底基本结束。

The General Office of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has issued a circular to launch a Party-wide campaign to guide CPC members, especially officials, in establishing and practicing a correct understanding of what it means to perform well. The campaign, running from late February to July, will focus on leadership teams and leading officials of the CPC at the county and director level and above, with particular emphasis on chief officials, according to the circular.

2026年2月，中共中央办公厅印发《关于在全党开展树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。

《通知》明确，要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻党的二十大和二十届历次全会精神，认真落实四中全会部署，全面贯彻习近平总书记关于树立和践行正确政绩观的重要论述，持之以恒推进全面从严治党，以立党为公、为民造福、科学决策、真抓实干为总要求，以一体推进学查改为抓手，教育引导各级党组织和党员、干部坚持实事求是、求真务实，为人民出政绩、以实干出政绩，有效防范和纠治政绩观偏差，坚决有力贯彻落实党中央重大决策部署，完整准确全面贯彻新发展理念，加快构建新发展格局，着力推动高质量发展，创造经得起实践、人民、历史检验的实绩，推动“十五五”开好局、起好步，为以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业提供有力保障。

【重要讲话】

各级干部特别是领导干部要进一步加强学习，钻研党的创新理论，提高专业素养，增强实干本领。要树立和践行正确政绩观，坚持从实际出发、按规律办事，自觉为人民出政绩、以实干出政绩。

Officials at all levels, especially leading ones, must engage in more learning, study the Party's new theories, raise their level of expertise, and sharpen their skills in doing specific work. It is essential to have a correct understanding of what it means to perform well and act in accordance with it, and, in line with the way things should be done, take the initiative to deliver results for the people through hard work in a down-to-earth manner.
