有记者提问，美国共和党的参议员克鲁兹周二称，在未来6个月内，委内瑞拉、古巴和伊朗的政府可能会被亲美政权所取代。考虑到中方与上述三个国家关系密切，请问中方对此有何评论？
毛宁表示，中方反对以任何借口干涉别国内政，反对任何违反《联合国宪章》宗旨和原则、侵犯别国主权的行为。
