直播吧02月25日讯 据湖人记者Dan Woike报道，湖人新任商业运营总裁Lon Rosen在接受记者采访时表示，球队计划由罗勃·佩林卡继续负责球队的篮球运营工作。
同时，Andrew Friedman（安德鲁·弗里德曼）和Farhan Zaidi（法汉·扎伊德）也会提供意见，为佩林卡的工作提供帮助。此外，佩林卡告诉记者，球队计划在今年夏天扩大管理层规模。
2017年3月，佩林卡出任洛杉矶湖人总经理；2020年1月，他升任篮球运营副总裁；2025年4月，佩林卡升任篮球运营总裁兼总经理，负责球队整体运营决策。
