2月23日晚间，南侨食品（SH605339）公告称，公司董事会收到公司实控人之一陈飞龙家属通知，陈飞龙于近日不幸逝世。陈飞龙生前未在公司任职，其离世对公司经营无重大影响。陈飞龙一直支持上市公司经营发展，做出巨大贡献。他1937年生于香港，曾留学美国，1974年接掌南侨工业，后带领南侨集团跨足多领域。
