吉利德科学周一宣布，将以 78 亿美元的股权价值收购癌症疗法研发公司 Arcellx。该消息推动 Arcellx 股价在盘前交易中大涨 77.8%，至 113.99 美元。
交易完成后，吉利德将为每股支付 115 美元现金，外加每股 5 美元的或有价值权，这一报价较 Arcellx 上一交易日收盘价溢价 87%。
