2月21日，据小央视频消息，日本正着手推动40年来最大规模的军事建设，在临近中国台湾的海域，加速构建所谓“导弹群岛”，沿着由约160个岛屿组成的“琉球弧线”，陆续兴建反舰导弹阵地、雷达塔、弹药库与电子战设施，目标是所谓“吓阻”解放军。
