2月20日，据清华大学消息，中国共产党党员，中国科学院院士，我国激光及信息光电子学领域奠基人和开拓者之一，杰出的科学家、教育家，清华大学电子工程系教授周炳琨同志，于2026年2月19日0时54分因病医治无效，在北京逝世，享年90岁。
