World Liberty Financial（WLFI） 表示将与 DarGlobal、Securitize 合作，计划对 Trump International Hotel & Resort, Maldives 的贷款利息/收入分成权益进行代币化，作为其 WLFI 品牌 RWA 代币化发行的首个项目。该项目由 DarGlobal 与 The Trump Organization 合作开发，预计 2030 年完工，规划约 100 套超豪华沙滩及水上别墅。WLFI 称本次代币将面向符合条件的合格投资者，提供固定收益及与贷款收益相关的现金流敞口；发行方式为 Reg D 506(c) 私募及 Reg S（仅限核验合格投资者/非美国人士），代币转让与转售将受限制。
