英国财务报告局2026年2月16日发布咨询文件，拟修订现行政策，允许通过“沪伦通”在伦敦证券交易所上市的中国公司，在提交财务报告时由其审计师采用中国会计准则，而非目前要求的国际会计准则。FRC称，此项政策修订计划是应英国政府的要求而提出，英国政府“试图解决一些中国注册发行人选择英国作为上市地点时遇到的障碍”。
