意大利银行巨头 Intesa Sanpaolo 在截至 2025 年 12 月的 13F 披露中显示，其持有约 9600 万美元的比特币现货 ETF，其中包括 ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF 与 iShares Bitcoin Trust。同时，Intesa Sanpaolo 还持有一笔针对 Strategy 的大额看跌期权仓位，被市场解读为在做多比特币 ETF 的同时，对 Strategy 股价相对其比特币资产价值（mNAV）过高进行对冲。（CoinDesk）
