财联社2月16日电，缅甸外交部15日发表声明，要求东帝汶驻缅甸大使馆临时代办埃利西奥·多罗萨里奥·德索萨于20日前离境，缘由是缅方认为，东帝汶政府近期一些涉及缅甸的行为违反《东盟宪章》所强调的尊重主权、互不干涉内政等原则。
