据《淮北日报》2月14日消息，日前，省委决定：姚珂同志任淮北市委常委。
公开简历显示：姚珂，男，汉族，1978年11月生，研究生，中共党员。曾任安徽省委办公厅省委常委办公室主任、安徽省委办公厅副主任。
2022年7月，姚珂任淮北市政府党组成员，次月任淮北市副市长至今。
