据浏发集团消息，2月13日，永和通航项目整体移交签约仪式在长沙举行，长沙国控集团持有的湖南永和通用航空产业发展有限公司（简称“永和通航公司”）股权转让至浏发集团，标志着浏发集团正式布局低空经济新赛道。作为股权接收方，浏发集团将接过永和通航项目开发、建设、运营的主体责任。
